Transaction Fees
Depending on the payment method, transaction fees may apply. These fees are billed as follows.

  • MasterCard: 1.5% – 2.3% per transaction, depending on the amount
  • Visa: 1.5% – 2.3% per transaction, depending on the amount
  • PostFinance Card: CHF 0.23 per transaction
  • PayPal: 3.4% of the amount plus CHF 0.55 per transaction
  • Payment slip by post: CHF 1.20 for payments up to CHF 50.-, CHF 1.60 for payments up to CHF 100.-, CHF 2.35 for payments up to CHF 1,000.-, CHF 3.95 for payments up to CHF 10,000.-
  • Payment slip by email: no fee
  • TWINT: 1.3% of the amount
  • Swiss Post direct debit: CHF 0.20 per transaction
